Blue Beach Punta Cana-Luxury Resorts

I visited the property while it was still part of the Radisson group and had a lovely all-inclusive vacation. I loved that the beach was not swarmed by sales-people and the pool was not crowded. The other guests we interacted with were lovely as well. The dining options were more limited than I had anticipated but the buffet was wonderful and the beach side bar was great. The activities were limited as well but our activity leaders were fun and welcoming.

The apartment was nice. Good size, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full size kitchen and living room. Nice patio. Pool and private beach. My only complaint would be TERRIBLE WIFI and the pool wasn't deep. Not a complaint but suggestion, they should consider opening the store on property or the restaurant.

The property is beautiful! Very clean and very friendly, attentive staff. However, the location is a little secluded from markets and downtown. It will cost at least 30/40 to catch a cab anywhere. The resort is very family and relaxed traveler friendly. It’s not for people looking for a party resort. The ocean view isn’t that great, there’s a boat excursion nearby and it’s just not a lovely view. But overall I would recommend the resort to travelers looking to stay on the resort and relax. The breakfast was lunch buffets were amazing. I would definitely go back.

Absolutely amazing hotel, great staff, very welcoming ,a real sense of homeliness. Entertainment is very good and the food was beyond brilliant. The resort is spotless , the beach is clean. It was the best holiday I've been on and the best resort I've stayed in by a mile 10/10

Our experience at Bakour Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, making it a very comfortable stay. The service was outstanding—every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The highlight of our trip was definitely the food. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There was a great variety to choose from, and everything tasted delicious. Bakour Hotel truly exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a place with excellent accommodations, top-notch service, and amazing dining, this is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for a week and loved every second of it. It's a fairly new resort and there is still some construction going on but nothing you can't live with. The staff was wonderful, our room was absolutely beautiful and spacious. All the first floor apartments come with a jacuzzi outside. The hotel is within a neighborhood so there are lots of locals around who were very helpful.

My wife and two youngest children (19 and 16) just returned from a one week stay at BlueBay and had a fantastic experience. We had read many reviews from different sites about the facility before we left and were a little concerned going into the trip. It turns out that we had no reason to be concerned at all. The facility was very nice and the room (2 room family suite) was great. We stayed in a second floor suite so did not have a hot tub but the outside patio was very spacious and one of the best of any place we have stayed in the past. There are multiple options each day for food and beverage. We were on the all inclusive plan and were satisfied with our options for meals and drinks throughout the stay. We did not have an issue with "watered down" drinks as some reviews had mentioned and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Another common complaint we found in the reviews we read prior to the trip had to do with the staff having limited English skills but we did not find this to be the case. Everyone we spoke with, and that was a significant number of people, spoke English well enough that we did not encounter any problems. Yes it may take a little time but you are going to a country where Spanish is the primary language so it might be beneficial to learn a few key words and phrases. A special mention to the fantastic job of the activities staff out by the pool. All of them did a great job each day in running the various daily activities available and they were all very friendly and professional. The only bit of disappointment was the beach due to the daily seaweed, but that is something beyond the control of any resort on the Atlantic (east) side of any island and they do the best they can to make things work. Overall we were very impressed with the people and the facility during our one week stay and would recommend to our friends as well. This probably is not the place for you if you are looking for wild and crazy nightlife with multiple clubs and bars open each night. It is a much more quite and subdued facility which is perfect for relaxing.

Amazing experience. Right off the bat I loved it. Initially got a room in the 3rd floor, hard for my aunt to walk up to, raised this concern to the staff and they immediately offered another room on the ground floor. The setting is amazing, absolutely beautiful. The staff is the kindest I have ever seen. Food is delicious, a lot of options and better than many restaurants out there. Beach lacks the clashing waves and great sight, but with everything else this resort complements with, it's not needed. The pool is fantastic and stunning especially at night. Jacuzzi for ground floor rooms is clean, private and with warm water that they empty out everyday per request. Dolphins are right next door and for a fee they let you swim with them. I loved the experience, my favorite so far from a resort. I'm in my early 30s- do not miss crazy drunking guests and loud parties. Thanks Blue Beach for the wonderful stay. Certainly plan on being back.
